This interactive workshop: highlights & clarifies the regulations governing exports from Canada, guides participants through export reporting procedures, documents and data requirements and timing, reviews existing regulations and compliance requirements.

Attendees will participate in an interactive online webinar environment. Students will benefit from real-time, instructor-led interaction with questions answered immediately and will return to the workplace fully trained on the changes to the regulations and prepared to put their knowledge to practical use.

Topics:
 A review of CBSA Memorandum D20-1-1 Export Reporting, Role and Responsibilities of the Exporter, International Freight Forwarder, Carrier, Canada Border Services Agency, Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAIT and addresses the question “Who is the Exporter”? The Commercial Invoice, Export Permits, Export Declaration ( B13A, CAED, Summary Export Reporting), Procedures, required data elements.

Learning Objectives:
Improved compliance with existing and new regulations, improved  speed to market of exports, reduction in AMPS penalties, more highly   satisfied customers.
Target Audience:
International Freight Forwarders: Export Managers, Supervisors, Operations, Customer Service, Sales personnel, Customs other logistics service providers who guide or advise clients.
