Cancellation and Refund Policy

MODULE I and MODULE II

Refunds for both Module I and Module II will only be issued under the following conditions:

• cancellations received before the start of classes, a full refund will be issued (minus a $50.00 administration fee);

• cancellations received after one class, a 50% refund will be issued;

• cancellations received after two classes, no refund;

In all cases, cancellations must be made in writing, and the textbooks must be returned.

DANGEROUS GOODS COURSES AND SEMINAR/WORKSHOPS

Refunds for these training courses will only be issued under the following conditions:

• more than 2 weeks prior to program start

= Full refund (minus a $50.00 admin fee)

• 1 to 2 weeks prior to program start

= 50% refund

• less than 1 weeks prior to program start                           
  = No refund

In all cases, cancellations must be made in writing.
