Cancellation and Refund Policy

Certificate Programs
All requests for refunds must be made to the CIFFA office in writing, and will only be issued under the following conditions:
- Cancellations received before the start of the program… full refund (minus a CAD $100.00 administration fee).
- Cancellations received before the start of the second class of a program (for e-Learning - beginning of the second week of a program)… 50% refund.
- Cancellations received after the start of the second class of a program… NO REFUND.
Dangerous Goods Programs, International Trade Workshops, Seminars, etc.
Refunds for these programs will only be issued under the following conditions:
- More than 2 weeks prior to program start
- Full refund (minus a $100.00 administration fee);
- 1 to 2 weeks prior to program start
- 50% refund;
- Less than 1 weeks prior to program start
- No refund
e-Learning Programs (except Certificate Programs)
- Prior to starting (logging-in) to an e-Learning Program:
- Full refund (minus a $100.00 administration fee);
- After starting (logging-in) to an e-Learning Program:
- No refund
