Cancellation and Refund Policy

Certificate and Advanced Certificate Programs
Refunds for both Module I and Module II will only be issued under the following conditions:
- Cancellations received before the start of classes, a full refund will be issued (minus a $100.00 administration fee);
- Cancellations received before the start of the third class, a 50% refund will be issued;
- Cancellations received after the start of the third class, no refund
Please note: The above cancellation and refund policy applies to the Certificate and Advanced Certificate Programs only, not to individual Semesters.
In all cases, cancellations must be made in writing, and the textbooks must be returned.
Dangerous Goods Programs, International Trade Workshops, Seminars, etc.
Refunds for these programs will only be issued under the following conditions:
- More than 2 weeks prior to program start
- Full refund (minus a $100.00 administration fee);
- 1 to 2 weeks prior to program start
- Less than 1 weeks prior to program start
In all cases, cancellations must be made in writing.
e-Learning Programs
- Prior to starting (logging-in) to an e-Learning Program:
- Full refund (minus a $100.00 administration fee);
- After starting (logging-in) to an e-Learning Program:
In all cases, cancellations must be made in writing to CIFFA.
