AUTHORIZED CARGO
REPRESENTATIVE TRAINING PROGRAM
(ACR)
An Authorized Cargo Representative (ACR) is known as: Persons with the need,
right and qualifications to access air cargo.
Training is done via an e-Learning program, available 24/7. Plan on 3-4 hours
for completion of the ACR e-Learning
Program.
Learn how
to handle cargo destined for air transport in a “secure” environment, how to recognize and respond
to air cargo that has been tampered with, and how to restore a secure environment for air cargo.
Who should attend?
Everyone who has access to air cargo. Personnel of:

Freight forwarders;
§
3rd party logistics
providers;
§
Warehousing and distribution;
§
Carriers; and
§
Drivers.
Note: Transport Canada also
requires CSCs to undergo a criminal background check, in addition to air cargo security training.
Due to the security sensitive nature of these programs, registrations will only be accepted from
known companies.
