Customs Professional Certificate

CIFFA is very pleased to announce a new agreement with Seneca College in Toronto, for a Customs Professional Certificate.

Based on the strength of CIFFA's International Freight Forwarding Programs, Seneca College will fast-track our students through their current Customs Professional Certificate Program. Instead of taking the required 6 courses, CIFFA Advanced Certificate holders need to only take 3 courses, to receive the Seneca College Certificate.

This program recognizes that Canada is dependent on international trade, and will further prepare CIFFA graduates for an exciting career in freight forwarding companies, customs brokers, and business and firms that trade internationally.

This Program is designed to supplement CIFFA's International Freight Forwarding Programs, by providing more in-depth knowledge of Customs laws and regulations from both an industry and Canada Borders Services Agency (CBSA) perspective. Exposure to CBSA legislation, procedures and documentation as well as Custom Brokerage procedures and international logistics will give graduates advanced skill sets to further their careers.

A Customs Professional Certificate will be awarded by Seneca College upon successful completion of the program.
