CBP Publishes Second Trade Version on Interim Trade Procedure for Trade Partners on Bioterrorism

The Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002 (BTA) will be implemented on December 12, 2003. The attached document will provide interim guidance on U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) procedures that will be in effect on that date. Some modifications are anticipated and it is recommended to refer to the CBP website (www.cbp.gov) to ensure the most current information.
