Digital Display Advertising 2005
During the 2005 Forwarders Choice Awards we will be using a 10 X 12 foot, projection digital display to
indicate sponsors for the event and winners of the Forwarders Choice Awards.
We are also providing an opportunity for companies to advertise using this medium.
Companies forwarding a single slide (i.e. Microsoft Power Point) will be on screen for 15 seconds at a
time. These digital advertisers will be on a continuous loop throughout the dinner and awards portion of
the evening.
The instructions are simple:
1. Forward an acknowledgement to
libby@palmermuzzin.com
Indicate your company name, phone number and full address.
An Invoice will be sent to you for $300.00 plus GST. If payment is not received
by the event date of April 21st the slide will not be shown.
2. Create a Power Point slide.
It can be as simple as a single image (i.e. company logo and slogan) If you do not have custom
animation, don’t worry about timing, we will set the transition time. You may want to convert any text
to curves to ensure that the proper font is used.
3. Forward the file to Rino Muzzin at
rino@palmermuzzin.com by Monday, April 3, 2005. If there are any problems, you will be notified.
