U.S. Customs and Border Protection

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a memo from the CBP Office of Field Operations which describes the conditions and process for trucks that arrive at one CBP northern border truck port of entry with an entry filed at another. A new ACS process allows for the entry to convert to the arrival port if certain conditions are met.
