The deadline for guaranteeing delivery of orders for AWBs under Res. 600b was February 8th.  Late orders will be assessed a Late Order Special Handling Charge of $50.00 for CIFFA Members and $100.00 for Non CIFFA Members.

Partial shipments will be processed to ensure that everyone receives the new AWBs for March 17th, then once the second printing of forms is complete, the remaining balance of orders will be shipped.

CIFFA and RR Donnelly will do their best to get the orders delivered by March 17th.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - November 7, 2007

IATA Resolution 600b referring to the Conditions of Contract on the back of the Air Waybill was amended by IATA member airlines earlier this year, and was granted approval and antitrust immunity by the United States Department of Transportation (DoT) on 20 September 2007. The approval of 600b is subject to the termination of effectiveness of Resolution 600b(II) within 180 days of the order approving 600b. Accordingly, IATA has declared Resolution 600b effective on 17 March 2008 and in accordance with the DoT order, Resolution 600b(II), in its entirety, shall be deemed rescinded on 17 March 2008. As such, there will be no overlap between the effectiveness of 600b and 600b(II).

The CIFFA Neutral Airway Bills are available to both CIFFA members and Non-members under a different pricing structure.

The Minimum order is 3 boxes.  Each box contains 300 AWBS.

When placing your order please ensure to indicate if you require CURRENT stock with Res 600b (II) Conditions of Contract or NEW Res 600b Conditions of Contract stock to be effective March 17, 2008.

PRICING STRUCTURE:

CIFFA Member rate:  $410.00 per 1000 AWBS; invoiced at 41 cents each.

NON-CIFFA Member rate:  $610.00 per 1000 AWBS; invoiced at 61 cents each.
