Information on how to order the Terms & Conditions of the NAWB on a CD or on white paper.

Pricing (snap set)

Effective May 1, 2009 CIFFA will have a new pricing structure for all orders placed with either CIFFA or directly with RR Donnelly.  Boxes contain 300 NAWB sets, and order is subject to a 3 box minimum.

Please note that this price structure applies to shipments to one location only, not on an order to multiple locations, should the number of cartons not comply as outlined below.

CIFFA Return Policy on CIFFA Neutral Airway Bills

 

There are no returns for CIFFA Neutral Airway Bills, unless damage occurs during shipping, or due to printing defects. 

 

A claim for damage must be submitted to CIFFA, membership@ciffa.com and the supplier, RR Donnelly, within 15 days of receipt of goods.  Damaged documents must be returned before replacement is made.
