This interactive workshop highlights the important issues of forwarder liability and how to manage it in a rapidly changing market.  It describes the different risks forwarders face and the different types of insurance coverage available to protect them against these risks.  It further explains the law of principal and agent – a key to understanding the CIFFA Standard Trading Conditions, and clarifies this principle in the various paragraphs of the Standard Trading Conditions.
