Cancellation and Refund Policy

International Freight Forwarding Courses

All requests for refunds must be made to the CIFFA office in writing, and will only be issued under the following conditions:

Cancellations received:

-Before start of course  – Full refund (minus a $100 administration fee)

-After 2nd week (for e-Learning on demand – beginning two weeks after initial registration) of course – 50% refund

-After 3rd week (for e-learning on demand- beginning three weeks after initial registration) of course – No Refund

All program materials received must be returned to the CIFFA office, at the student’s expense, prior to the issuance of any refund.

Dangerous Goods Programs, International Trade Workshops, Seminars, etc.

Refunds for these programs will only be issued under the following conditions:

More than 2 weeks prior to program start:

-Full refund (minus a $100.00 administration fee).

1 to 2 weeks prior to program start:

-50% refund.

Less than 1 weeks prior to program start:

-No refund.

In all cases, cancellations must be made in writing.

e-Learning Programs 

(except CIFFA freight forwarding courses)

Prior to starting (logging-in) to an e-Learning Program:

-Full refund (minus a $100.00 administration fee).

After starting (logging-in) to an e-Learning Program:

-No refund.

In all cases, cancellations must be made in writing to CIFFA.

Events Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellaton less than one week before event

Cancellation on week before event

 – full refund

2018 Conference cancellation policy

Completed registrations are non-refundable, but are fully transferable. If you find yourself or any member of your team unable to attend or want to split your two day attendance between 2 people, simply inform CIFFA (admin@ciffa.com) of your intent before October 10, 2018 so we can provide up-to-date name tags.
