Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA)

The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) came into force on January 1, 1994.  The Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA), once in force, will replace the NAFTA, preserving the key elements of this trading relationship, while incorporating new and updated provisions that address 21st-century trade issues.  This workshop will outline these provisions so that organizations are prepared when the CUSMA is fully implemented.
