Base Coverages

  • Freight Forwarders: Freight Forwarders Liability Insurance, as well as Errors and Omissions coverage with a minimum liability of (CAD $250,000) per occurrence.
  • Freight Brokers: Cargo Liability Insurance coverage as well as Errors and Omissions coverage with a minimum liability of CAD ($250,000.00) per occurrence.
  • Drayage Operations: Minimum liability in the amount of CAD ($250,000.00) per occurrence.
  • Customs Brokers: Errors and Omissions coverage with a minimum liability CAD ($250,000.00) per occurrence. Additionally, should the applicant also transact to move freight on behalf of their clients, Cargo Liability/Freight Broker Liability/Contingent Cargo in the amount CAD ($250,000.00) per occurrence.
  • Warehouse Operators: Warehouse Legal Liability or Bailee Insurance coverage in the amount of $500,000.
