This course provides general information on dangerous goods as well as specific information on radioactive material and its forms. By completing an online module and case studies, you will learn how to classify, identify, mark, label, document and handle a shipment of radioactive material for transportation by air. The current edition of the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations is used as the main reference source for this course. Important Note: Air DG training is a prerequisite. The Radioactive course must be taken in tandem with Air DG Initial, Air DG Recurrent or Air DG Online in order to receive a certificate.
