What is my employers responsibility in training?
Your employer must ensure that course material is completed by you alone, and assessments (exam) are completed ethically and without assistance. Any additional specific training not covered in this course but commensurate with your position should be provided by your employer. Your employer will need to sign the certificate of completion as per Canadian Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Regulations. Please review an employee and employers’ responsibilities here.
